摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by effectively suppressing temperature rise of a heat generating element such as an electronic element and by effectively using the internal electric power recovered from the heat energy. SOLUTION: A power source circuit 11 receives power P0 and P1 from an external power source 21 or a secondary cattery 22, and supplies the power to each circuit block 12. An electronic element 13 which is a heat generating element heats when operated. Here, a thermoelectric conversion element 14 having Seebeck effect is added to the surface of electronic element 13, for converting the heat energy into an electric energy to provide an internal electric power P2 which is collected into an internal electric power regenerating circuit 15. The internal electric power regenerating circuit 15 supplies, in reducing manner, a regenerated electric power P3 to the power source circuit 11, supplies it to a Peltier effect element 16 added to an electronic element 13a which requires cooling, supplies it to an external power source output terminal 17, or supplies it for charging the secondary battery 22.
