PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce OFD shutter pulse inductive components that appear in imaging output signals in a solid-state imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus has: a light receiving unit that is formed on P-type well 102 formed above N-type silicon substrate 101 and converts incident light into electric charge for storing; a signal electric charge transferring unit that is formed on the P-type well 102 and transfers signal electric charge outputted from the light receiving unit; and an imaging signal outputting circuit 104 that is formed on the P-type well 102 and converts the signal electric charge transferred through the signal electric charge transferring unit into voltage for outputting, and is configured to discharge signal electric charge accumulated in the light receiving unit to the N-type silicon substrate 101, wherein the solid-state imager being configured to be provided with polarity inversion signal generating circuit that generates and outputs polarity inversion signals of OFD shutter pulse, and to connect an output of the polarity inversion generating circuit 106 to an output of the image signal outputting circuit portion 104 through a capacitive element 107.
