PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication terminal equipment obtained by reducing the communication cost in transferring a received picture. SOLUTION: The received transfer start time of a picture for transferring is set to a section (a) in the vertical direction of a transfer table, the transfer finish time is set to a section (b), a transfer start time is set to a section (c), a transfer destination telephone number is set to a section (d) and the on/off of printing of the picture are set respectively to a section (e). The section (A), the section (B), the section (C),... in the horizontal direction of this table is the first, second,... transfer setting sections. In the example of the Fig. 1, the section (A) sets the transfer start time of the picture for transferring to be 15:00, the transfer finishing time of the picture to be 18:00 and a transfer start time to be 23:00 when a communication charge is on night discount.
