PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker damper used for various acoustic units and a loudspeaker unit using the damper, which are suitable for high input resistance. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker damper 10 is constituted of an inner ring part 10a, an outer ring part 10c installed outside the part 10a, a first linear part 10b extended outside from the inner ring part 10a, a second linear part 10d extended inward from the outer ring pat 10c and a connection part 10e connecting the end parts of the first and the second linear parts 10b and 10d. The movement of the rotary direction of a voice coil 3 is prevented by the linear parts 10b and 10d, the length of the connection part 10e is secured by the parts 10b and 10d, amplitude by the large input of the voice coil 3 is supported so that it can sufficiently and vertically move and the output (input resistance) of the loudspeaker unit can be made large (high).
