PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer, an ear-mount type electronic device and a sound emitting/reproducing system by which telephone call can be made without being held by hand. SOLUTION: The headphone type portable telephone 1 provided with ear-hang sections 1Fa, 1Fb by which speaker sections 1E, 1E are hooked on ears, is provided with a music data decoder 13, a calling voice generating section 16, and a voice output section 14 that allow the speaker section 1E to sound data to be sounded (music or voice) according to music data or book data, a cont section 12 that counts time to display the time on a display section 4, a microphone section 1c for making a telephone call, a dial section 3d, the speaker sections 1Fa, 1Fb, a communication I/F 9, and an antenna section 10.
