PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make batteries usable which exceeds working limit due to lowering voltage supplied to two series circuits and extends batteries' usable period. SOLUTION: This invention is equipped with a power supply 3, a first voltage applying terminal 1a and a second voltage applying terminal 1b, as well as a first circuit 1 where current flows from the first voltage applying terminal 1a to the second voltage applying terminal 1b, a third voltage applying terminal 2a, a forth voltage applying terminal 2b, a switching circuit 4, and switches the first circuit 1 and the second circuit 2 in tandem or in parallel each other through the switching circuit, and connects with a power supply 3 in parallel. |
