PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the license negotiation of intellectual property is great burden for a person performing the business of small scale because of processing requiring much labor for both a licensor and a licensee. SOLUTION: A server SV for managing the license negotiation is placed on a network and the licensor prepared for dealing with a license contract registers a right or license conditions therein. On the other hand, the licensee requesting the license contract accesses this server SV through the network, specifies the intellectual property required for performing his/her own business, inputs conditions such as amount of performance and requests the conclusion of the license contract. When both the conditions are matched, the conclusion of the license contract is decided and charges or contact fees are subtracted from a prepaid acid. |
