SOLUTION: When a target information acquiring request is outputted from a terminal equipment 3 (browser), a route information is transmitted to the equipment 3. The route information is an information for connecting the equipment 3 to an information storage device (www server 4) for storing target information through a prescribed repeater 2. The equipment 3 requests the target information to the repeater 2 in accordance with the route information. The repeater 2 acquires the target information from the storage device 4 on the basis of the request. Then the repeater 2 adds new additional information to the acquired target information and sends the additional information and the target information to the equipment 3 to display the information on the equipment 3.
