RESERVATION SYSTEM GIVING PREFERENCE TO SCHEDULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that much time is required for a sponsor to repeat the re-retrieval of idle time and re-investigation/the issue of a change notice concerning the schedule of a participant with high priority heretofore when the participant can not attend because of a sudden schedule change or the like. SOLUTION: This system has a means for designating a person to be preferentially reserved in the case of reservation, a means for reporting the schedules of plural candidates at a maximum only to the person to be preferentially reserved and a means for preserving a determined schedule for other persons to be reserved when the person to be preferentially reserved approves the schedule. Thus, improvement in work efficiency can be attained by reducing labor for controlling the schedule of a reserved person again or reporting the schedule.
