PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for service support which accurately and smoothly provides services corresponding to states without placing any burden on a service requesting side nor a providing side. SOLUTION: An application for a service is received and the service matching the received application most is selected; and a suitable service provider is selected for the selected service and instructed to visit the site the application and provide the selected service.
