PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the locations of individual items at the same time on a map of a relatively wide area. SOLUTION: When a user inputs input conditions including the specification of an object retrieved area in a picture for real estate retrieval, a real estate retrieval server extracts a corresponding item from a real estate database. The locations of the extracted item is confirmed and a mark-up language document including the locations as anchor points on a map including the locations is sent to the user. A display 72 showing principal information on the item may be made according to the indication of a hot spot 73 on the picture. When the user indicates the hot spot 73 corresponding to an anchor point on the display picture, the server sends a mark-up language document including at least one of an enlarged map showing the location of the item, a layout drawing, and an outward appearance photographic image to the user. |
