PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising system making vehicles as the media. SOLUTION: Car-mounted advertising media, visible from outside of cars, are distributed from gasoline stations(GS). A GS system 1 provided at a GS holds a unit price data of a payback amount to be returned to a registered user for the installation use of the advertising medium, and based on a travel distance which indirectly indicates an advertised area of the advertising medium by the vehicle traveling of the registered user confirmed of the installation use of the advertising medium and the unit price data, the payback amount to the registered user for the advertisement is decided. Then, the amount deducting the advertisement payback amount from fuel oil charges is charged to the registered user. |
