PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operation under a low source voltage by preventing voltage drop from a source voltage as much as possible, to make mask-designing easier, to make mixed loading with a digital circuit easier and thereby to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: Plural PMOS such as PMOS 1 and PMOS 2 are installed, and the outputting element containing the output terminal 3 is separated from the current detecting element which comprises the drain of PMOS 3 and the resistance R3 installed between the gate of NMOS and GND. Thereby the voltage drop from the source voltage inputted into the operational amplifier 2 is lessened, so the operation under a low source voltage is possible, and, in addition, as the resistance R3 is used in the current detecting element, resistance value is freely set independent of the output current, and mask-designing is easy to make.
