PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an effective electronic manual at a low cost, even if an operator has no special knowledge, such as manual preparation technique program. SOLUTION: The electronic manual is prepared on the basis of a point of view in an attached statement A on the 'Preparation Guideline For Quality Manual' for ISO10013. For inputting real job data, a spreadsheet for entry is designed and utilized. The electronic manual is prepared on a web picture. The hierarchical system of three of four layers is realized and the web picture is installed with a button array for supporting the system. An HTML file, forming this web picture, is prepared by being automatically converted from the spreadsheet for entry.
