PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge adjusting system capable of performing the payment (adjustment) of a charge though a user carries neither a credit card nor a cash card. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a managing computer provided with a storage means for correlating information by which a user can be specified by a transaction banking institution or a bank account in the transaction banking institution of the user with the identification information of an information terminal possessed by the user to register it, a first communication means for performing data communication between a connection terminal capable of transmitting and receiving data with the information terminal and a second communication means for performing data communication with the settling computer of a settling institution for settling the charge based on the reception of information by which the user can be specified or the bank account in the transaction banking institution of the user. The system is also provided with a connection terminal which is provided with a third communication means connected to the managing computer via the first communication means for performing data transmission and reception with the information terminal possessed by the user, receives an adjusting instruction from the information terminal and transmits the adjusting instruction to the managing computer. |
