SOLUTION: When a merchandise provider provides merchandise information to the shopping mole of a Web server 1 set on the network of a portable telephone service company, and a user purchases the merchandise by reading the merchandise information through a portable telephone service base station 3, a portable telephone service company, and a switchboard 2 by using a user portable telephone device 4 of the portable telephone service company, the merchandise purchase is notified from the Web server 1 to a portable telephone service company. Then, the portable telephone service company pays the price to the merchandise exhibitor instead of the user, and charges the user by adding the communication fee of the user portable telephone device 4 to the price of the merchandise paid for the user. |
