PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which enables an advertiser to advertise with a banner according to the advertiser's demand. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a media extraction part 15 which extracts media meeting display conditions according to an information media selection information database 14 in which information for selecting media (homepage) is recorded and a display condition database 12 in which the display conditions for displaying advertisement are recorded and a banner display part 16 which displays a banner at the media display part 24 of the media meeting the display conditions; and a browser of media clicks the banner and then the media display part 24 displays the recorded information of an advertisement content database 32 having recorded information relating to the banner. Consequently, the banner can be displayed on the media meeting the display conditions by inputting the display conditions for displaying the banner, so the advertiser can perform advertisement according to one's demand.
