PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access a database using only E mail function and to enable access from a portable telephone or portable terminal, even in the destination of visit or during movement. SOLUTION: A mail DB server 12 applies registration, retrieval, update or deletion to a designated database 13 according to one or plural general database inquiry languages described in an E-mail sentence 31 received from a mail server 11, converts the result to a designated form and requests the return of the result 32 via the Internet 30 to a client 20 of a request source to the mail server 11. When the database 13 is a stock price database, the system becomes a stock price retrieval service system, and when the database 13 is a component unit price database the system becomes an automatic optimized order system. |
