PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide questionnaire collection technique for performing both the collection of charges for contents provision and the collection of answer to questionnaire. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an access receiving means 10 for accepting access from an accessing person who desires to browse contents data, a questionnaire transmitting means 3 for transmitting a questionnaire to the accessing person, an answer receiving means for receiving answer data 4 of the transmitted questionnaire from the person accessing, and an answer data storage means 5 for storing these answer data. Also, the questionnaire collecting device is provided with a permission data transmitting means 6 for transmitting permission data 7 for permitting access to the contents data corresponding to these answer data, a permission data managing means 8 for managing the permission data to the accessing person who performs access, while using the permission data 7, and a contents database 9 which stores contents accessible for the accessing person allowed by the permission data managing means 8. |
