PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric transfer element having a stable photoelectric transfer property and its production method allowing a high-yield production of the photoelectric transfer element. SOLUTION: In this photoelectric conversion element, a photosemiconductive electrode 3 and one electrode 5 are bonded via a curing type polymer compound 8 in which insulating shock absorbing material particles 6 are dispersed. Its production method comprises a step of sealing the peripheries of the electrodes to form a hollow cavity portion between both electrodes and produce an element having the cavity portion connected to an external space via an opening portion, a step of injecting an electrolytic solution from the opening portion into the cavity portion using a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the cavity portion, and a step of sealing the opening portion. The electrolytic solution is kept under reduced pressure condition only when injected into the cavity portion. |
