SOLUTION: In a place for lending out with an alarm ALS1, which is always working and alerts when an article MAT is carried out, when steps for carrying out the article MAT are taken, an article-data-processing-device RW records a carrying out permit data Ipmt on a memory means Mem of a data holding device ICD which is different from the article MAT. Then, when users go out from a gate GT carrying the article MAT and the data holding device ICD, a carrying out control device TOM checks the records in the data holding device ICD, if there is a record of the carrying out permit data Ipmt, it stops the alert of the alarm ALS1 as a proper carrying out, and if there is not a record of the carrying out permit data Ipmt, it is recognized to be a wrong carrying out, and the alarm ALS1 is worked and notified as it is. |
