PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack that has constructed simply a waterproof structure of an outside input-output terminal attached to a pack case housing a secondary battery. SOLUTION: In a lower case 2b constituting a pack case 2, a set-up hole 60 is made from its outside toward the inside, and a sealing film 60a which closes the set-up hole 60 is formed by resin-molding on the inside of the set-up hole. When an insertion piece 62 of an outside input-output terminal 25 is inserted with pressure from the outside, the sealing film 60a is broken and stuck to the insertion piece 62, and permeation of raindrops, waterdrops or the like can be prevented. The stopper formed on the insertion piece 62 is locked with the inside edge of the set-up hole 60, and the terminal is fixed.
