PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal which can effectively use obtained picture data and a picture information display method and an informa tion storage medium. SOLUTION: When a control part 7 detects a caller number transmitted in an incoming call, a telephone/electronic mail memory is retrieved and it is judged whether the same telephone number as the caller number is registered or not. When the control part 7 judges that it is not registered, it displays the received caller number (refer to Fig. 4 (A)). When it is registered, it is judged whether picture data corresponding to the caller number is registered or not. The control part 7 selects picture data 3 where a display flag is turned on and displays picture data 3 on a display part 9 instead of the received caller number (refer to Fig. 4 (B)). When the control part 7 judges that picture data is not registered, it retrieves the telephone/electronic mail memory and displays a registered name (refer to Fig. 4 (C)). |
