PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that as voltage of an instant when operation is shifted from sampling to holding is held, an input signal cannot be sample-held accurately when an AC noise is superimposed on the input signal. SOLUTION: In a sample-and-hold circuit having a switch element 1 operated by a control signal from the outside and turning on or off an input signal (a) and a capacitor 4 sampling the input signal (a) when the switch element 1 is turned on and holding the sampled signal when the element 1 is turned off, a resistor 2 is connected between the switch element 1 and the capacitor 4, and a low pass filter for eliminating the AC noise superimposing on the input signal is constituted of the resistor 2 and the capacitor 4.
