PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for an automatic vending machine, where a repair protection cover is adhered on an exposed front surface part, outer appearance is kept beautiful and rotting is prevented and which is durable against long-term usage. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a case main body 1 and an operation handle 3 appearing at the center part. Each of the front surface parts 2 and 4 is a plane or a quadratic curve to be a repair cover adhering possible surface 5. A repair cover 7 is adhered as necessary.
