PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a logical design CAD system and a packaging design CAD system to have the same design information. SOLUTION: A circuit design CAD system comprises a symbol management system 11, the logical design CAD system 12 which generates drawings by using symbols managed by the symbol management system, and the packaging design CAD system 30; and the symbol management system 11 adds information which is logically meaning less to the logical design CAD system 12 such as connection destination information on pins where components are fixed as properties of the component symbols and outputs it.
