PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved instruction processor capable of contriving efficient execution of an instruction processing and an instruction processing method. SOLUTION: The instruction processor 100 with an instruction storage register 115 and an instruction decoder 121 is provided with an instruction generating means 116 to convert an instruction read from the instruction storage register 115 into a new instruction and to feed it back to the instruction storage register 115 in response to a control signal to be outputted from the instruction decoder 121.
