PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that technology for automatically extracting an interested area from a set of plural images by a method utilizing a moving vector or a method based on a dynamic outline model has such defects that detection resolution and accuracy are low, the resolution of each pixel can not be obtained and there is no versatility. SOLUTION: When the initial outline information of an image picked up at reference time is inputted, a feature point selection part 20 selects plural feature points from the outline of the image and stores connection relation among these feature points in a storage part 25. A corresponding point retrieving part 30 retrieves plural corresponding points corresponding to respective selected feature points and extracts an outline among plural retrieved corresponding points on the basis of the stored connection relation. |
