PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive bi-directional optical space transmission device by eliminating waste in an optical system. SOLUTION: A laser diode 11 is arranged in the focus of a lens 13 and a laser diode 11 is inclined by an angle θ so that the center of the outgoing beam intensity of the laser diode 11 is positioned in the almost middle between the center of the lens 13 and the end. The inclination direction is set to be equal to a short diametric direction in the elliptic outgoing pattern of a laser beam. A mirror 12 is arranged so that the almost half of light quantity which is made incident from the light receiving lens 13 by parallel light is reflected. |
