PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified input method by which erroneous entries is suppressed to a minimum and labor cost is reduced by unnecessitating a specialist in the case of journaliz ing for accounting. SOLUTION: Plural large classified account items 5 having wide meaning for explaining eh fact of a commercial transaction are displayed on an information processor 1. When a worker selects one of large classified account items 5 on the basis of a voucher, plural middle classified account items 8 corresponding to this large classified account subject 5 and having narrow messing for explaining the fact of the commercial transaction are displayed on the information processor 1. When the worker selects one of middle classified account subjects 8 on the basis of the voucher, a dictionary 11 provided with application words 15 meaning the concrete subject and condition explaining the face of the commercial transaction and the candidate names of proper nouns for specifying these subject and condition is displayed on the information processor 1. When the worker selects a specified proper noun on the basis of the voucher, a journal where one middle classified account item 8 is entered on the debit and entering a item name showing one large classified account item 5 on the credit ride is displayed on the information processor 1. When the worker inputs an amount at a position corresponding to the item showing one large classified account item on the basis of the voucher, journalizing for accounting is completed. |
