SOLUTION: A judgment means 41 judges an abnormal sound among the sounds collected from the sound collecting devices 1a-1h which are set in the tunnel 20 and specifies the occurrence position of the abnormal sound from the time difference of the detection of the abnormal sound. The warning generation means 42 transmits an alarm signal and occurrence position data to a train operation system 61 or a tunnel information system 62.
