PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional system a RMON correspon dence monitoring device has to be connected to the entire networks, in order to know the traffic information of a plurality of networks. SOLUTION: A RMON correspondence switching HUB H0, capable of acquiring traffic information of a monitoring object network N0 among a network 1, a network 2 to a network n, connects networks connected to network connecting devices R1 with the switching function of a switching controller R2, probe devices R3 connected to the respective network connecting devices R1 acquire and store the traffic information of the connected networks, and a probe integrating device R4 has a function of acquiring network information from the devices R3 and transferring the network information to a traffic monitoring manager M0 via a network CN0 for manager HUB communication, in response to a request from the manager M0.
