PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise or vibration from being generated by impact made when a stroboscopic unit is turned from a housing position to a using position by spring force while making a turning angle large. SOLUTION: This built-in stroboscopic unit 20 capable of moving between the housing position A and the using position B and including at least a lower case 21 and an upper case 22 is equipped with engaging structure where the lower case 21 and the upper case 22 are engaged by a hook 221 and a notch 212 engaged with the hook 221 through a clearance (gap for assembly)δ, and a vibration absorbing member 26 inserted between the lower case 21 and the upper case 22 and made thicker than the dimension of the clearanceδ.
