The invention concerns an equipment consisting of a support (7-10) capable of being temporarily secured to a frame of spectacles (1) provided with full field lenses (5a, 5b) and additional positive power lenses (11a, 11b), adapted to be urged to be superimposed on said full field lenses, in the zone through which the wearer looks when he observes an object placed horizontally or above eye level. The additional lenses are multifocal. The equipment enables to modify temporarily the correction provided by said eyeglass lenses.
