PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the manufacturing cost of a metal mold inexpensive and improve the heat conductivity of cooling fins. SOLUTION: A cooler for a power element 11 is provided with the cooling fins 12 formed by extruding pure aluminum, a power transistor 16 provided so as to be contacted on the cooling fins 12, and an attaching member 13 attached to the cooling fins 12 and made of resin for attaching a part to be attached. In the case of the constitution, the metal mold of extrusion processing is more inexpensive in the manufacturing cost than that of aluminum die-cast. In addition, since the cooling fins 12 are manufactured by the extrusion processing of the pure aluminum, the heat conductivity of the cooling fin 12 is improved. |
