PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an amateur writer to have one's work read by others without much cost. SOLUTION: A provider 30 provides a library page using the Internet, receives pieces of work posted through terminals 10-1 to 10-n, and sends the pieces of work requested by other terminals 10-1 to 10-n to the terminals 10-1 to 10-n having made the requests, and the pieces of work sent form the provider 30 are displayed on the screens of the terminals 10-1 to 1-n at transmission destinations.
