<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of recording or transmitting even a background image before changed, a background image that does not change any more, a landscape image, etc., in addition to an image in which state changes are detected as a series of images. SOLUTION: This image processor is provided with a change detecting part 13 for outputting a 1st control signal showing that changes between images of input moving image data shift from a small state to a large state and a 2nd control signal showing that changes shift from a large state to a small state, and an operation controlling part 14 for controlling the start and the stop of the recording/transmission of the input moving image data according to the 1st and 2nd control signals, and the means 14 stops the recording/ transmission when the 1st control signal is not inputted by the time when a preliminarily defined optional time T1 passes after the 2nd control signal is inputted during recording/transmission. When the means 14 starts an operation for controlling the start and the stop of the recording/transmission, the recording/transmission of the input moving image data are immediately started, and after that, the recording/transmission is also stopped when the preliminarily defined optional time T2 passes without the input of the 1st control signal.</p> |
