PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a magnetron at a high power factor irrespective to high or low of the output. SOLUTION: Synthesized information between the information of ON-time data made by an ON-time data operation circuits 7.1 through a microcomputer control circuit 5 and the information that the microcomputer control circuit 5 of the information about a resonance current of an inverter circuit 3 output from the resonance current detection circuit 6 is changed in accordance with a switch signal output at every predetermined output of magnetron 1 based on the current of a commercial power source circuit, is compared with the standard wave such as a see-saw wave or the like made by the standard oscillation circuit 7.4 based on ON-timing of a switching element detected through the ON-timing detection circuit 7.3, by which the ON-time of the switching element of the inverter circuit 3 is controlled to become larger, and the magnetron 1 is made possible to be operated at a high power factor irrespective to high or low of the output, and thereby the energy-saving action as a device is ensured. |
