PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collecting technique for collecting information concerning a message while promoting the exchange of the message when a plurality of users exchange the message through the user of a function such as a chat. SOLUTION: The information collecting device is provided with a communication part 12 for reception or transmission, a character display part 14 for displaying a character and an information transfer part 16 for transferring the contents of transmission or reception to an information collecting server 100 via a communication network when the display part 14 displays the character in the case of transmission or reception by the communication part 12. The user gladly performs communications such as the chat in order to display the character being a kind of virtual creature or object, the communication contents are recorded in the information collecting server 100 by the transfer part 15 and, thus information is efficiently collected. |
