PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line business requesting/order receiving system which can shorten time up to operator's starting an analysis and also enables an order receiver to grasp a progress situation by displaying an analysis request of an applicant and an estimate answer of an analysis operator on a user terminal respectively and making the order receiver start an analysis when the applicant approves an estimated amount in a server client system among many user terminals connected to a network. SOLUTION: An order receiving host 11 is provided with a receiving/order receiving means 20, a work file storing means 21, an account file storing means 22, a report preparing means 23, a completion notifying means 24, a bill issuing means 25a and a money reception managing means 25b.
