PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing method by which data can be easily managed and by which it is made possible to refer to data stored in a database easily and speedily in easy-to-understand format. SOLUTION: In this data processing method in which inputted data are saved in a database as hierarchical data, to which parent data stored in the database the inputted data belong is indicated to acquire the record of the indicated parent data, the hierarchy information that the acquired parent data have is connected to the inputted data and the hierarchy information connected to the inputted data is set to a record for registration of the database, and data inputted or list display are edited and set in the record for registration of the database so that the inputted data are saved in the database.
