LED DISPLAY DEVICE PROVIDED WITH DRIVE SUBSTRATE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive substrate of novel structure which can be connected with a LED substrate being formed as mutually different body from it with a simple structure and thereby productivity or manufacturing cost performance is improved. SOLUTION: The LED substrate 12 formed by adhering a hard transparent resin layer to a flexible printed board and the drive substrate 14 for controlling power supply to the LED are individually and independently formed and the drive substrate 14 is formed of a hard printed board. Further a lead part 28 composed of a flexible printed wiring board is formed at the LED substrate 12 and connectors 32, 34 for connecting with the drive substrate 14 are provided at an top end part of the lead part 28.
