PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiving technology capable of attracting an attention of an opening of the desired broadcast program for a user. SOLUTION: A set top box(STB) having an interactive communicating function can set an opening time of a broadcast program desired by a user. Just seconds before the opening time, a notice of the opening of the program is given through a display Ga and a voice by using a monitor 21 and speakers 22 of a body of a TV receiver connected to the STB. After the notice, the desired broadcast program Gb is aired. Thus the attention of the opening of the desired broadcast program is attracted for the user, so that the user can watch the program securely.
