PURPOSE: A point saving commodity purchase service system and method are provided to save a point when a customer purchases commodity and to grasp a purchase pattern of the customer. CONSTITUTION: A commodity purchase managing section(310) manages a commodity purchase request of a customer based on purchase result information with respect to a commodity which the customer purchased in a store. A saving point managing section(330) allows at least one customer to inquire a point saved according to a commodity purchase result in the store. A customer information processor(320) analyzes and processes information of a plurality of customers who purchase commodities. A customer information database(340) stores a customer information, a point saving result information of a commodity which the customer purchases, and a purchase pattern information of the customer.
