PURPOSE: A multi-layer tube manufacturing method and a device thereof are provided to carry out fusing of a metal tube and a synthetic resin tube uniformly without using any fusing device by forcibly fusing the tubes after removing a space between the synthetic resin tube inserted in the metal tube by preheating, heating and vacuum adsorbing. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer tube manufacturing device includes a conveying guide plate formed slantly for conveying insertion tubes(3) formed of a metal tube(1) and two-layer synthetic resin tube(2) formed of adhesive resin on an outer surface and inserted in the metal tube, a preheating oven covering an upper part of the conveying guide plate and incorporating a preheater for preheating the insertion tubes, a vacuum pump, insertion heads(40) rotatably supported by bases to inhale the vacuum provided by the vacuum pump, conveying cylinders coupled with the bases via rods for coupling or separating the insertion heads with or from the insertion tubes, a stopper limiting the movement of the insertion tubes for coupling the insertion tubes with the insertion heads in sequence, and a heater mounted in parallel with connection wires of the insertion heads at both sides for heating the preheated insertion tubes.
