METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TURNING ON/OFF STREET LIGHT AND SECURITY LIGHT USING FLEX PROTOCOL SIGNAL

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for turning on/off a street light and a security light using a flex protocol signal is provided to maintain exact date and time information and automatically turn on/off lights by outputting on/off signals on a wanted exact time. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor(20) has an operating program which controls on/off a control signal and outputs the same based on On/Off date and time data inputted thereinside. Relay drivers(50A,50B) drive relays(90A,90B) which turn on/off power supplied to a load according to an output control signal of the microprocessor(20). A back-up battery(70) protects the date and time information stored in the microprocessor(20). A liquid crystal display and key input device(40) displays an overall state of the microprocessor(20) so as for a user to see the state with naked eyes. A power device(80) supplies a driving power in which a noise is removed to a wireless transmitting/receiving device(30) and each part of a controller such that it is tested whether there is something wrong through a wireless communication by using a remote controller.
