<p>An electrooptical device comprising, formed on a TFT array substrate (10), a pixel electrode (9a), a TFT (30) for switching-controlling the pixel electrode, and a scanning line (3a) and a data line (6a) connected to this TFT, wherein a capacitance electrode (302) and capacitance line (300) are laminated on the scanning line via an interlayer insulating film to thereby construct an accumulation capacitance (70) in a region overlapping the scanning line as viewed two-dimensionally, whereby increasing a pixel aperture ratio and, at the same time, an accumulation capacitance, reducing cross talk and ghost, and providing a high-grade image display.</p> |
