The invention concerns a pharmaceutical composition enabling to obtain a vaccination reaction substantially at cell level, without introducing into the system antigenic substances of foreign origin. The composition is obtained by tapping a biological fluid of a patient, said fluid being mixed with an appropriate solution, and immediately re-injected by intramuscular and intradermal delivery, at specific doses, and in specified zones of the body. The composition obtained by mixing, in specific doses, of an acid substance (preferably ascorbic acid), a local vasodilator (preferably procaine), an anticoagulant (preferably sodium citrate) and a substance of the family of corticosteroids (preferably a dexamethasone derivative), with a biological fluid of the patient (blood in the case of patients with an infectious disease or allergy) and immediately injected, as mentioned above, in two ways, by intramuscular or intradermal delivery into specific zones of the patient's body, exhibits a synergistic effect of said various constituents. The composition and its use method are essentially designed for treating diseases caused by intracellular germs, whether through viruses (for example, AIDS), bacteria (for example, tuberculosis or leprosy) or parasites (for example, leishmaniasis), for treatment against allergies (for example, asthma), for cancer treatment (in particular mesodermal tissue cancers) and for certain treatments against female sterility. Said composition and its use protocol are designed for treating diseases in both human and veterinary medicine.
