PURPOSE: A service method for guiding financial transactions and financial goods is provided to remove inconvenience for inquiring deposit/withdrawal items of an account and an account balance for an automatic transfer one by one and cost load according to the inquiry by automatically guiding the deposit/withdrawal items together with automatic transfer information and new financial goods information in real time through a telephone, a cellular phone, a facsimile, or an E-mail of a client. CONSTITUTION: If a corresponding account balance is larger than amount of transfer money, a host computer of a corresponding financial computer network transmits automatic transfer information to a financial guide server(S33). The corresponding financial guide server detects call information of a corresponding financial guide service registration client using a transfer account number included in automatic transfer information, and guides automatic transfer information as a character or voice type according to corresponding call information through a telephone, a facsimile, or an E-mail of a client(S34,S35). If the account balance is less than an amount of transfer money, the host computer transmits automatic transfer information generated in the corresponding account together with information regarding an amount of currently insufficient transfer money to the financial guide server(S36). The corresponding financial guide server detects call information of the corresponding financial guide service registration client using the transfer account number included in automatic transfer information, and guides automatic transfer information together with an amount of the currently insufficient transfer money as the character or voice type according to corresponding call information through the telephone, the facsimile, or the E-mail of the client(S37,S38).
