<p>PURPOSE: A recycling system of iron powder used for short pinning of iron plate is provided to reclaim waste iron which would be otherwise discarded. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the steps of (i) collection of iron powder using dust collector; (ii) mixing the iron powder collected with acid diluent wherein carbonates are added; (iii) molding the iron powder by pressure-forming. Herein, the acid diluent contains strong acids such as HCl, HNO3, H2SO4.</p> |
